My name is Kelly Rainwater, and I'm from Raleigh, NC. I work as a Software Developer as my day job, but also double as a home decor enthusiast while also pursuing my other interests of DIY-ing and crafting all the things.

I grew up in Raleigh, but lived in Wilmington for 5 years while pursuing my degree in computer science, with a minor in digital arts and graphics at the University of North Carolina Wilmington. While attending college there, is when I also met my husband, James. We got married in 2017, and welcomed our first child, Avery, in 2021. Our little family now lives in Durham with our little pup-child, Zoey.

I started this blog because when I'm not busy with our adorable little kiddo, I love spending my weekends crafting projects for around the home, and of course shopping (especially now for cute baby clothes)! I frequently get questions from friends and family about where I got certain decor items, or how I made signs hanging on the walls of the home, or where I find cute baby items - So I figured Id just start a blog and put it all out there!

Maybe no one will read it, or maybe everyone will, either way, I love getting the chance to share some of things I enjoy with others!
